Need a workout that brings results? Well you may have heard Toronto’s latest fitness stir: CHEER BODY. What is it? Who is it? And how will it help you?
CHEER BODY is Toronto’s newest fitness and group exercise class, starting at 12 NOON, on Sunday February 24th 2013 at Byfield Dance Experience. The fun yet challenging session is specifically to help those who need their body to not just feel their best, but LOOK their best. Brigitte Grenier, fitness expert and former Captain of the Toronto Argonauts Cheerleaders knows exactly how to make bodies look game-time ready:
“Everyone secretly wants a cheerleader body,” shares Grenier, “But not everyone knows what to do to get it. Also, most people aren’t willing to WORK for it. That’s where CHEER BODY comes in. Cheerleaders work super hard, but we know how to play hard too. I’m here to kick bootie- but in a fun way that leaves people feeling empowered.”
This private, 8 week group exercise session is exclusive to Byfield Dance Experience, known to have some of Canada’s best dance classes for adults. The one hour class is specifically for promo and swimsuit models, film and television dancers, cheerleaders, bartenders, hostesses and club staff who often rely on their appearance.

But Grenier doesn’t limit the class to just those fields: “It’s also a must for anyone who needs to maintain a youthful, sexy appearance.”
